Pump Units
Blue Manta Portable Pressure Test Units are available in various sizes and pressure ratings. They can be supplied as a standalone PTU, with a circular chart recorder, or a Digital Recording Device incorporated. The pump is typically an air-driven liquid unit capable of handling various pressures, volumes, and fluids.
All pumps include the following features:
• Air controls consisting of air filter / regulator / gauge / on-off control valve
• NPT or Autoclave outlet complete with gauge and manually adjusted pressure relief valve
The Pump Units are supplied piped and mounted in a boxed section stainless steel frame with colour coded mimic panel. Various items of pressure test equipment designed for use with the pump units can also be supplied such as high pressure hoses and manifolds.

nVision Data Recorder
The nVision is a very accurate field pressure calibrator that records and displays data graphically, on a large (255 × 160 pixel) backlit display.
nVision gives you the ability to:
· Examine data on screen–no PC required.
· Compare pressure with temperature on a single screen for leak and static tests.
· use the scrolling and zooming features to observe the repeatability and high speed performance of pressure.

· Monitor and download the data from an ongoing test to a PC without interrupting recording, using provided cable and software.
· Any current and all previously recorded data can be viewed, and/or saved for a permanent record of a test.

Hand Pumps
Blue Manta Enerpac Hand Pumps are beneficial for use in situations where an air supply is not available. They can be quickly set up to carry out a pressure test. The pump is mounted on a stainless steel frame for added stability and comes complete with an isolation valve and pressure gauge. 10,000k, 20,000k, 30,000k and 40,000k models are available.
Chart Recorders
Blue Manta supply a range of pressure recording devices. These are either manually or electronically operated.
The manual pressure recorder is a versatile instrument housed in a stainless steel frame and is designed for general pressure applications. These come with a range of female inlet ports and in the following pressures: 0 to 5,000psi, 0 to 10,000psi, 0 to 15,000psi and 0 to 20,000psi. Two types of wind up clocks are available – 1 to 3hr and 2 to 4hr.
Spare Chart Paper and Chart Recorder Pens are also available on request.
Hose Assemblies
Blue Manta can supply hose assemblies in a wide range of lengths, sizes and pressure ratings. All are fully certified and come with a traceable tag containing a description, serial number, traceable number, working pressure, test pressure and the date of the next pressure test / calibration. Various connections are also available, including BSP, NPT and medium or high autoclave fittings.
Nitrogen test hoses perforated for added safety are also available.
Manifolds
Blue Manta Manifolds are used to isolate and monitor pressure when running 1/4”, 1/2” or 3/8” control line. Bespoke manifolds can also be supplied for use in a number of other pressure related activities to meet customer specifications.
The manifold is made up in assembly form and contains a gauge, isolation needle valve and any neccessary connections. Additional needle valves can be installed to obtain Downhole Safety Valve fluid returns. Pressure Release Valve’s (PRV’s) are also available for running chemical injection line to protect the sheer rating of the burst disc assembly. The manifolds can have a pressure rating between 1,000-30,000psi. The PRV’s can be set at any pressure in order to meet customer requirements.
Manifolds are usually mounted on a stainless steel frame and come complete with a backing plate for easy fixing to both wooden and steel spools of control line.
A range of bespoke manifolds, including multiple manifolds with up to five outlet lines, are also available.

Fittings
Blue Manta offer a comprehensive collection of fittings for use in pressure related activities, capable of standing up to harsh environments and severe applications.

The above are available in stainless steel, monel, hastelloy, incoloy and inconel. All fittings come individually bagged and sealed, complete with traceability numbers.
In addition, we have a Snap-Tite range of quick release couplings.
We can also supply a large range of gauges, from 0 to 30,000 psi, in either 2”, 4”, 6” or 12” and either glysterine filled or empty. We also have a full range of connections including front, back and panel mounted, bottom entry or back entry.
Offshore Data Loggers
Blue Manta can provide Portable Data Loggers for use offshore. Our Offshore Data Loggers consist of an industrial computer, data acquisition electronics and batteries housed in a sealed IP65 plastic ‘Peli’ carry case. The harsh environment computer benefits from state of the art brightness, with a 7” LEDdisplay providing a clear display of digital pressure readings. The push button switches allow for the software to be set up simply and there are five connectors for attaching the sensors, charger, memory stick and desktop/laptop connection. The pressure and temperature transducer can be plumbed into the pressure line and after recording the pressure test, the unit will upload the data to the desktop or laptop to which it is connected. The software allows the user to enter the test details, carry out scale adjustments, review graphics and print test reports.
