Workshop Pressure Test Equipment
Blue Manta International use their specialist knowledge and resources to deliver pressure control systems individually designed for onshore testing of tubulars, completion assemblies and many other downhole tools, within the workshop.
The process begins with extensive consultation with the customer to determine the exact requirements for the test facility. Our in-house fabrication and engineering department then construct and install the facility. In depth training on the systems use and a comprehensive after care service are also provided.

Camera Equipment
Blue Manta can supply camera equipment designed specifically for use in Test Bays to facilitate the safe viewing of pressure testing. The Dome Camera complete with stand can be easily fixed to the Test Bay wall and can provide 360° views of activities. The camera also comes with a colour flat screen monitor and a joystick which allows the user to zoom in/out.

Baker Vices
Blue Manta are able to supply Baker Open-Side Pipe Vices. These easy to use vices are capable of holding a wide range of equipment – including tubing, drillpipe, manifold fittings and valves – whether in the workshop or offshore. Equipment can be placed in the vice from three sides and the handle can be rotated into position and extended for extra leverage. It is an efficient piece of equipment that saves both time and space since it can carry out a wide array of jobs for which a number of different vices would normally be required.

Adjustable Assembly Stands
Blue Manta Adjustable Assembly Stands are designed for use in the workshop and can have various features depending on customer requirements.
The standard trolley stands and flat based stands are easily movable and adjust. They are suitable for ranges between: 2 7/8” – 8 5/8”
Blue Manta can manufacture bespoke stands to suit customer requirements on request.
All stands come with a full certification package, including steel certs, welders coded certs, MPI certs and test results.

Completion Stands
Blue Manta Completion Stands are used in a workshop environment for laying down an assembly.
They come in two different sizes. The half-size stands are tested to 1.5 tonne each, so a pair can hold 3 tonne. The full-size stands are tested to 3 tonne each, so a pair can hold 6 tonne.
Blue Manta can manufacture bespoke stands to suit customer requirements on request.
All stands come with a full certification package, including steel certs, welders coded certs, MPI certs and test results.
Drift Bars
Our Drift Bars are manufactured to API standards and designed for the drifting of casing and tubing. We can supply drift bars in a wide range of sizes to suit customer specifications with either 15/16” sucker rod or pull ring connections.
In addition, we can also supply drain rods or light weight stems for the drifting of tubing and casing.
